Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. 
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. 
Each additional person is $10.00 per night.   Children five and under are free.

Pet Policy: 

Although we discourage you from bringing your pet, we do understand that your pet is a part of the family. Limit of 2 pets/cabin.  A charge of $10/night per pet <15 lbs, and $20/night for pets >15lbs. If the pet is left unattended in the cabin, they must be kept in a crate. We also ask you to bring a pet blanket (or ask for a pet sheet/comforter) if your pet will be on the couches or sleeping on bed comforters.  Our nightly pet fee doesn’t include the cost of cleaning of comforters from pet hair. **please contact us if you have any questions prior to your visit.

If a pet is unattended and uncrated, there will be a $150 cleaning fee + cost of repair of damages added to your remaining balance.

Reservation/Cancellation: 
Our reservation policy is intended to be fair to our guests as well as us.  
-A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be taken upon reservation.  
Cancellations received after May 1st:  if the cabin vacancy is re-rented, we will issue a credit to you for the amount of your deposit, valid for 1 year.
-If we are unable to re-book the dates of your cancellation, you may be charged for the entire reservation at the base cabin rate. 
-In the event of early departure, the total for the entire reservation will still be charged unless we are able to fill the cabin vacancy.

Rental Boats:  *Boat rentals are based upon an eight hour day.
*Rental boats must be at the dock one half hour prior to sunset.
*For your safety, life jackets are included in every boat rental.
*Due to insurance restrictions, our rentals may not be used for towing or skiing

Law:  Arkansas law requires all children 12 and under to wear a life jacket at all times when on the water.
