POLICIES:
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Each additional person is $5.00 per night. Children four and under are free.
Pet Policy: Although we discourage you from bringing your pet, we do understand that your pet is a part of the family. A charge of $10 per night will be charged. Your pet must be on a leash at all times. If the pet is left unattended in the cabin, they must be kept in a kennel.
Reservation/Cancellation: Our reservation policy is intended to be fair to us as well as our guests. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be taken upon reservation. Please be aware that you will be charged for your entire reserved stay, if for any reason you are unable to fulfill your reservations.
Rental Boats: *Boat rentals are based upon an eight hour day.
*Rental boats must be at the dock one half hour prior to sunset.
*For your safety, life jackets are included in every boat rental.
Law: Arkansas law requires all children 12 and under to wear a life jacket at all times when on the water.
